We just wanted to let you that we received our BImini Cover on Friday and appreciate the fact that you shipped it to us quickly so we would have it for the holiday weekend. We installed it on Friday after it arrived and spent Saturday at the lake. It works perfectly.

I just wanted to let someone know my first impression on dealing with your company. I placed my order on the phone which I prefer, so I am happy you post a phone number for orders. I placed my order with Sonya and I found the whole experience great. She was helpful, very knowledgeable about the product, delivery, return policy and options. She had a great phone personality.
I really wanted to comment on a job well done. If the quality of the product, delivery, and correctness of the product is as good as your phone service then I will be very happy and will probably be ordering a boat cover in addition to the Bimini I just ordered.

Dear Boat Covers Direct, I just want to say how pleased I am with my purchase of a Bimini top from you. When I assembled the top I did not think it was for my model boat until I found the rest of the included hardware to mount it on the sides of my hull (have wraparound glass) Anyway, Just want to say thank you for all the extras and the excellent quality. Have just ordered some new adjustable braces to complete the project.

Just wanted to say how much I like my cover. Attached is a picture for your future use should someone else want a cover for a Triton like mine. As you can see, it fits well over the outrigger bases and ties down with the string that you included in the box. Hope it continues to do well as it gets some exposure on it....I think it will be fine given the quality of the material and the waterproofing that you put on it.
Thanks again....I am a satisfied customer....especially when I think how close I was coming to having a $1800 custom cover made out of Sunbrella!

HELLO, I just received my boat cover today it was the 11 oz. Poly cotton design just wanted to say it fit perfectly I was blown away how well it fit and also how well it was made. I am the new owner of a 10 year old boat. It needed a cover and since this is my first boat, I knew very little about what to look for when buying a cover. After checking out some of the online suppliers for covers, I found that the only company that was willing to take the time to not only help me identify the right cover for my boat but also help me understand how to pick the type of fabric that words best for me, was BoatCoversDirect.com.
I called into your company and talked to Sonya. She helped me find the right cover for my Manta Ray Ski & Fish boat. She also took the time to understand where the boat would be used and stored and explained what issues I needed to consider when picking the fabric.
The cover arrived in two days. Even though it is a semi-custom cover, when I put it on, it looks like it was made for the boat. The fit is perfect and looks great.
